Hi dear,
If you are referring combined counselling board as All India Quota Counselling,held by MCC every year, then this is not a scholarship scheme. The scholarship criteria is different for different medical colleges. The top rankers are offered scholarship in that particular colleges. The same criteria follows with AIQ MCC.
