Yes ,you can apply for COMEDK even if you are not a resident of Karnataka.You only need to fullfill the eligibility criteria according to which General category candidates should have secured 45% aggregate marks, while reserved category candidates should have secured 40% aggregate marks in in class 12th/2nd PUC or equivalent examination recognized by State/ Central Government with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects. The fifth optional subject can be anyone of these – Chemistry/ Bio Technology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics. The candidates should also have passed Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics individually. The last 2 years of study of the qualifying exam should comprise of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects.
yes srinivas,comedk 2019 is available for students outside karnataka also.any candidate who have passed 10+2 or equivalent standard examination can appear for the exam.

You need not be a resident of Karnataka to appear for COMEDK exam. Admission to universities/ colleges under COMEDK entrance examination is open to students from all over India. On the other hand, Karnataka CET is conducted only for home state students.
In class 12th, you need an aggregate of 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ ST/ OBC) and you need to pass PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) individually to be able to take admission through COMEDK UGET.
