Computer Engineering i.e. Btech (Computer Science) not only consists of programming. There are many other subjects as well like Automata,software engineering, Microprocessors and so on in different semesters along with some programming languages like java ,C etc
C language is most commonly in every semesters reference to subjects like Data algorithms,OS etc
