Yes for admission via UPSEE, the main subjects are:

Physics

Chemistry

Mathematics/biology

Other subjects are considered vocational subjects.

The eligibility criteria for taking UPSEE is getting 45% marks(40% for SC ST candidate) in the cumpulsory three subjects.
