Dear Muskan, you shall only carry NEET admit card passport size photo and an original Identity proof. No watches, stationary items, wallets, handbags, pens are allowed. Make sure you just follow the dress code and carry any one among Voter Id/PAN Card/Aadhar Card as Identity proof. You dont need any applucation form or provsional  application number. You will be fine.
