Hello komal

Studying in Ukraine, China, Philippines etc. Is cheaper when it come to private medical colleges in India. Indian private medical colleges are way more expensive than any foreign Medical college. Coming to food availability, most of the students make their own food, mess may or may not be present.
The number of Indian students studying abroad are increasing year by year no matter which country you talk about so there's no issue of feeling alone, there will be a lot of people like you.
Going abroad comes with a demerit, after completion of your MBBS course in order to practice in India back you need to clear a screening test (MCI) without MCI you can't practice in India.
considering all facts this remains the same that Studying abroad is cheaper than Indian private medical college.

All the best :)
