Hey Shashank.

It is obviously good and even better to do ur higher studies from the good colleges of the country which will give u an extra edge in ur profile.

Doing M.tech from the IITs doesn't assure u of getting job but if provides u with the better knowledge in the field u are working to provide u an extra confidence and edge during the selection process of any job.

Choosing a teaching career is always beneficial as if u got selected in any of the govt college as a professor then u will be having a good financial and social background with u.

Hope this made u clear about the fact. Ask if any query.

Good luck and don't get distracted by those u are unable to do what u have achieved.
