Dear aspirant,

Deciding to take a drop is not a good choice always.if you were really confident that you will be getting a good college next time it's okay you can take a drop but if you have a doubt regarding your mind set stating that"you may not get a good college next time too" then it's better to join the college that you get and keep improving your skills day by day so that your placement chances increases irrespective of the college you study

remember !!!

not pursuing your btech in nit or IIT will never effect your career much but if you don't acquire the skills you need after your graduation will effect you alot.

Hi Shubham,

If you're not getting IIT, NIT or BITS then taking a year drop would be the best option for you. Also make sure you're ready to give 100%, even if you slight doubt regarding this think about your decision again. If you give your 100% I'm sure you'd get a decent college.
