The dress code at both the Universities is as follows - 

Chandigarh University

Chandigarh University has mandatory dress code only on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, B.E. students (both girls & boys) have to wear white shirt with stripped red color tie (available in university premises) and grey shade color pant. Though formal shoe are listed as mandatory with dress code, but no one focus or care much about shoes.

In the christ University

For boys: formal pants and shirts; t-shirts (no slogans) with jeans (not torn); no baggy pants and no low-waist jeans. jeans, formal pants allowed. They can flaunt long hair provided they tie it.

For girls: Salwars and kurtis with jeans. No sleeveless or body hugging tops. 

No revealing or body hugging dress

Teachers: Saree for women and formal pants and shirts for men.
