Yes indeed. Editing is a discipline with so much scope today and in the future. The jobs are quite good in India as well as abroad. An editor basically has to edit, cut, add, delete, change various videos, manuscripts, writings etc.,to make it appealing and presentable. It is widely being used today in IT industries, Artificial intelligence, Computer and other industries. So, yes. It has too much scope. The salary can vary as per the qualifications and experience of the person.

The field of editing involves a variety of different streams which deals with scopes such as Photoshop, Video Editing, Graphic Designing and Editing, etc.
