Freelancing is not a part time job, but it's different type of employment, there you take work from different companies/startup/people and complete their work and get money in return, it depends on the projects you accept ,or you get from companies, generally freelancing needs good skill sets so that you can complete your projects and satisfy your customers.

It can be full time, sometimes you have to do overtime.

Meanwhile part time jobs are like 4-5 hours jobs which provides you with basic salary, and generally you don't need high skillsets for the job.

Freelancing is a good way of getting earning with your skills and you have the freedom to accept work or reject work.
