No, frog and earthworm are not included in NEET 2021 syllabus of biology. In neet syllabus under the chapter structural organisation in animals , frog and earthworm is not there.

But Cockroach is included in the the syallbus so have to read about the cockroaches full.

Then also as there are discription of frog and earthworm in NCERT biology Book of class 11th and neet questions are mainly from NCERT textbooks so there are tiny tiny chance they mask sometimes although it's not sure. So if you are through with your every topics you can read about them also if time permits you otherwise there will rarely a single question only you can skip it.

No Frog and Earthworm is not included in the syllabus of NEET 2021, but still sometime question use to be there related to that like in 2017, it was in the paper but not in the NEET syllabus.
