No. graduation percentage doesn't count. It decides the eligibility criteria only. You just need to have pass certificate of graduation. 

your selection depends on your scores obtained in the exam, gd and interview

No, there is no weightage for marks of academic. The only important part of banking exam is written and interview scores which is in the ratio of 80:20.

The marks you get in written out of 200 is converted to 80 and the marks of interview out of 100 is converted to 20.
