I am sorry to say but you don't get CSE at any NITs with the above mentioned score. But may be you will get CSE in lower NITs only if you have home state quota but it's very rare. The cutoff vary every year. It may increase or decrease.
You have very good chances to get CSE at thapar University, Pataila with this rank if you are from Punjab.
