To know if any college si good you need to evaluate it on several parameters.

• Infrastructre: The college has got a great infrastrutcure to support a full time MBA program with guest lectures and scholarships and a great lawn.
• Faculty: They have well trained, qualified faculty from the top B-Schools in India and Abroad. They also have some trained insutry personnel who can give a knowledge of on the field work.
• Fees: The fee is INR 8.15L 
• Placements": The placements are decent with some of the top MNCs visiting the campus for recruitments. The average salary is around INR 4.15 L. Therefore the return on Investment is rather low.

You can therefore look at any college based on these few parameters and compare the same for other colleges to make your decision as to which one is better. In my opinion, IPE is a decent college, if you do not want to take a drop an re-attempt CAT next year.

Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad is a decent institute which has fees Rs. 8.15L and an average package which goes upto Rs. 4.15L.
Whether one should take IPE or not depends on the student's profile if one has a good score in the entrance exams, he can consider other college. It is definitely one of the good colleges in Hyderabad, but if one has an option to travel in Mumbai or Pune, he/she should consider it.
According to the Return on Investment it would take almost 2 years to recover the fees and everything.
There are colleges having a good ROI.
The overall review would rest as, it all depends on your profile. If you have a good score you can consider some other viable options.
But if your score is decent and you have the money to spend you can definitely take admission in it.

Ipe Hyderabad is an average college for MBA. The fee is around 8-9 lakhs. Average package is 4lakhs p.a. The ROI is also average. Highest package is around 8-9 lakhs. Companies like amazon, paytm, TIME, TCS visit the campus for recruitment. The faculty of the colleg is the best thing about it and is very well experienced. Also almost all the facilities are available and infrastructure is also good.
