Yes, IPE Marks plays a great role in calculating the merit in TS EAMCET. IPE marks are given 25% weightage. The marks in EAMCET get 75% weightage and a combined score is given out of 100. The process is somewhat like this- combined score obtained by giving 75% weightage to the normalised marks secured in TS EAMCET and 25% weightage to the marks secured in the relevant group subjects such as Mathematic, Physics, Chemistry of the qualifying examination (both theory and practical marks are considered).
