As you want to know whether the counselling of  BA hons with economics is online or offline ,so as per latest information available IPU coducts online counselling for some courses and offline for others. OnineCounselling/Admission will be held for ten programmes such as B.Tech, LateralEntry to B.Tech for diploma Holders, BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, LLB, B.Ed (Excluding B.Ed. Spl.Edu.), BJMC, B.COM (H) on the basis of merit of rank obtained in the Common EntranceTest (CET) 2018.The Counselling/Admission for all the other programmes will be conducted offline by the University for all CET qualified candidates.



So we can conclude that the counselling for BA HONS with economics is offline
