Yes , the  ADMIT CARD for ipu cet is Released and it can be downloaded from its official website as i would like to give brief about it as follow:

IPU CET Admit Card 2019 can be downloaded through the online mode. It is compulsory to carry the two photocopies of the admit card in the examination hall on the day of exam. Candidates also have to bring their photographs.

Candidates must keep the admit card safe till the admission procedure gets over. After the examination, duplicate admit card will not be issued. Candidates are strictly instructed that no candidate are allowed to enter in the examination hall without a valid admit card.

Candidates have to paste the photograph in the two copies of the admit. Candidate must carry one photo Id proof along with admit card. One copy of admit card should be submitted to invigilator and another copy should be retained by the candidate after signing by the invigilator
