Greetings to you,

It is mandatory for a candidate to pay Rs. 55,000 in DD as the seat acceptance fee. If the candidate fails to do so, he/she will not be alloted the particular seat in that branch of the respective college. If the candidate believes that he/she can get better seat in subsequent rounds, one can hold up the payment for the further allotments. It is completely depdendent on candidate's convenience. Good luck.

You need to pay it otherwise even if you are alloted a seat in comedk yiu wont be allowed to enter and it would be automatically cancelled. All the formalities and documentation need to be done very correctly so that you there is no other way left to lose your seat. Hipe its clear to you , Good luck!
