BBA offers an optimum blend of theory and practice to provide a solid foundation in general business management with specialisations in area of choice. You don't necessarily have to be a commerce student to study BBA. It is not a stream specific course and also not limited to any one stream.being a non medical  student this will not affect on your BBA career anywhere. BBA is a platform for Students who are interested to learn business activity. it includes subjects like Financial management, economics, Principles of management which are the basics of business and hence standard increases as per the years of graduation. this course also needs a skill of presenting yourself, speaking and communication abilities for the future business prospects, but within 3 years of course student gets used to it and enhance their abilities and skills.

It is possible to study BBA for a student coming from non medical background. You will not find much difficulty in coping up with commerce syllabus. Management subjects are easier to study and you will have to spend more time than your fellow commerce students. But, with little efforts you'll be able to study the depths of the subject.
