Yes,If you are not ok with 1st counseling and visiting for 2nd counseling then it is mandatory to pay fee..
.
You need not fill the form again,your ID will be registered when you will be applying for 1st counseling itself.You Just need to pay registration fee.
.
Visit the website and and login with the details,
Select the colleges and pay the payment.
