Is it necessary 75% marks in class 12 to take admission in NIT OR IIIT through jee maine?

Yes it is.   

For admissions into NITs, IIITs and CFTIs, the candidates should have secured 75% or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards. For SC/ST category, the marks to be scored is 65%. You can find out more about this topic on this link.
