Nope it's not. Scholarship for students below 10k is for general students. For sages students a different rank list is made. Last year sages rank from 1-30 got 75% scholarship

Sanath Kumar What actually happens is, first a general ranking list is made for everyone and the students with SAGES quota also come under this list. Only those who have come under 10k ranking under this have another ranking list made. For example, out of 30 people with SAGES quota only 20 come under 10k, the SAGES ranking list is contains only those 20 students while the other 10 do no have the option of SAGES quota anymore and have to choose branches as a general student (unless they have any other scholarships/reservations).
