Is it necessary to attend certificate verification for second counselling (2019 ts eamcet) even if I attended in first counselling?

Hey Prakash, 

Documents verification round is just done to checkup your certificates consciously by the officials so that they don't miss out any detail of you. 

There is no need to attend it once again for second round counselling if you have already done it in first round.

Hii bro,
My name is Pavankumar. my rank is 48456 and bcb boys category.In first phase I am allotted for VNR vignana jyothi(auto mobile branch) .The total fee was 131000,and 35k would be paid by government and remaining was 96k.But my parents not willing to join. So I decided to attend second phase. My favorite branches are cse or cse specialisations Or IT.Then what are best colleges for me? Please answer. 🥺
