Yeah, don't worry about that the fee structure of SRM because it will be refundable and if you want to take the seat in SRM institute yes you have to pay the tution fee as well your Counselling fee during your counselling. If you want to refund your tution fee they may refund you by cutting 10k to 20k but your Counselling fee will be non refundable.
