No, it is not necessary and totally up to you to bring them with you or not. I would suggest you to bring them with yourself, you would have an orientation session soon after you all the formalities are done. It would be better if they are with you, let them see the college you would be studying for the next 4 years.

No parents signature is not required... Your signature matters the most. But you need to submit demand draft and etc. If you can handle it all alone no need of bringing your parents its not compulsory
