Is it necessary to take admission in alloted institute if I am going for spot round in wbjee

Yes it is mandatory else you shall stand cancelled for any seat under WBJEE counselling.

You need to accept seat as college s may syart from 20th July onwaeds post seat allotment in Spot rounds.
