Sorry to say, you cannot apply to BITSAT after the registration period is over, you have to be more attentive to all new updates and notifications.

I am sorry to say that "no", you cannot apply to BITSAT after the registration period is over. I would definitely say that it is a mistake on your part to not get regular updates at such a crucial stage if your life for an important exam after JEE, BITSAT.
