Hello

NEET UG exam consist of questions from syllabus of Class 11th and Class 12th. Syllabus of the exam is vast and it is practically not possible to complete the whole syllabus in detail within one month. However, working smartly can help you to score a good rank in the exam and get seat in any decent medical college.

You should cover the topics which carry more weightage. It has been analysed that out of 7060 concepts/definitions in physics, chemistry and biology in NEET, only 16% concepts/definitions were asked till 2017 paper and  73% paper of NEET UG 2018 was based on these 16% concepts/definitions.
You should work on these concepts only to score good marks in the exam. You should solve previous years question papers and mock tests. It will help you to know about the exam pattern and type of question asked in the exam.

AIIMS UG exam is also a highly competitive exam, questions in the exam are asked from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Knowledge, Aptitude and Logical Reasoning. Apart from Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you will have to prepare for GK and Aptitude and Logical Reasoning part.

You should enroll for the NEET and AIIMS Rank Booster for your preparation-

I'll be very honest with you it is not possible to crack Neet in one month and so I would advise you to start studying from standard books by op Agarwal in chemistry, Truman and biology and Arihant in physics to backup your preparation for Neet 2020 and keep practicing regular MCQ time bound examinations at the mock level to booster up your time management and question selection skills.
yes you can definitely set for the examination if you are going to do so for an experience but don't have any expectations from 8 realistically but take it as an experience learn from it and try well for next year that is all the realistic advice I can give you at this point of time

Sorry but the difficulty level of both the papers are too high to be cracked with a preparation of just one month. However, you can prepare only some important topics and then give the exam this year and test yourself and then come back next year with much better preparation.
Hope it helps.
Thank you
