For of all Congrats for your NEET score.
If you have state quota then you can easily get a seat in any govt college of DU like Maulana Azad Medical College, UCMS, Lady Harding Medical College.
But if you have All India Quota then also you can get GOVT colleges. Not these ones, but you can check out the link I am sharing for these colleges.

According to the last year cut off it is quite difficult to for getting a seat in Karnataka because last year in Karnataka only Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences had the least cut off which was 402 for ST. Rest all were higher than this. So, it will be difficult to get a seat in Karnataka.
