If you want to score good marks in JEE Main you need to focus on all the subjects. You can't ignore one subject. It is difficult to score 200+ marks while attempting only two subjects.

To improve your maths go through NCERT books for your preparation. The NCERT books contain all the relevant matter along with basic and easy questions. They help in laying a firm conceptual groundwork and in increasing your confidence. Once you grasp all the concepts you can move over to the advanced problems. You can solve previous year questions to understand the level of questions and solve as many as MCQs for your practice.
