Hello,

Yes, as per the eligibility criteria a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics along with any of Chemistry/Computer/Biology/Biotechnology/Electronics. Candidates must also pass in English. And must have secured minimum 45% marks and for candidates belonging to SC/ST category must have scored in 40% marks in class 12 from a recognized board. So yes, you can consider marks secured in Computer in place of Chemistry.

No we can't. Our education system has become like this where they consider your chemistry marks for computer engineering courses and ignore the Computer Science marks.
