Hey Shreedhar!

You don't have to report to the alloted centre, nor to the Admission Reporting Centre. You can slide or float a college, through your login portal.

Only when you want to confirm your admission, that is, when you freeze an option, in CAP round 1 or 2 or 3, then you have to visit the Admission Reporting Centre with your documents (verified at the Facilitation Centre) and subsequently at the allotted Institute.

Good luck! :)

Hi Shreedhar,

I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, If you want to go for seat upgradation by choosing float or slide options then you have to report at Reporting centre to inform them. If you get upgradation in CAP 2 then automatically your first round seat will be canceled.  If upgradation is not done then you can take same old seat which you got in CAP 1.

I hope this helps.

All the best.

Thank you.
