As according to your rank and category to join NIT Agartala is worthy.As you wanted to get the other sides go through IIITS.

Both are better in my choice.

Hi Aspirant,

With All India Rank 25000 in JEE Mains and EWS rank of 4000, you can get many decent NITs. But, if you are determined to pursue engineering in ECE/CSE only then, I will suggest you take admission to IIITs. But, there as well, you will not get IIIT Hyderabad or IIIT Jabalpur like recognized IIITs.
