Admission through JEE Main examination has two prospects. One is to get the college, and that is NITs, and the second is a branch. Having 25000 All India Rank and 4000 EWS Rank in JEE Main, you can get other NITs as well, but you will not be getting CSE/ECE in any other colleges, apart from North-Eastern NITs.

If you have a passion for pursuing engineering in CSE/ECE only, then get admission to NIT Agartala, and if you can compromise on that to EEE or ME or CE, you can get other NITs as well.
