Hello aspirant,
Not only JEE Mains score is not enough for admission in B.Tech 2020-2021, but also you need to be eligible for the minimum eligibility criteria set by the conducting board, NTA. If you're from SC/ST/PWD category, then you must have secured at least 65% aggregate and if you're from general category, you must have secured at least 75% minimum in 10th and 12th examination from a recognized board with the subjects Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as the main subjects and Biology/Computer Science/Biotechnology as the optional subjects.

JEE Mains score is required to get into the college of your choice to pursue the B.Tech Degree. However, for admissions into IITs/NITs/GFTIs it is necessary to have min. 75% in Class 12 th Board Examination (GEN Category) and 65% if you are a SC/ST Candidate.
