Is LLB enough for a corporate lawyer?

After completing LLB, if anyone wants to practise law, they will have to qualify the AIBE exam conducted by BCI. Doing LLM after LLB will allow the lawyer to specialise in different laws relevant to corporations such as taxation, IPR etc.
