Hello aspirant,

Now math is not completely necessary for biomedical engineering. You can apply even if you had science in the 12th class. But many say that it is difficult to cope with. 1/4 of the course deals with problematic papers. You can just try to learn the basics of engineering math. That will be quite helpful.

Thank you

Hello

As per your query, No maths is not necessary for taking admission in biomedical engineering.

PCB students can apply for biomedical engineering because biomedical engineering is the course which deals with the application of engineering principles and design concept to medicine and biology for healthcare purpose.

so here maths is not needed that much it is more related to the biology.

Criteria is that candidate have to pass their 12th with PCB / PCM subjects and they have to clear their entrance exam for admission.

i hope this helps you
