Hello Aanchal,

MBA itself stands for Master In Business Administration which directly correlates to Management.

Management and MBA are both the interdisciplinary and are same. As Management is a part of MBA.

Hope it clears your doubts. All the best.

Hi Aspirant,

Mba stands for Master of business administration.

Mba generally involves other specializations as well,eg-finance,marketting,Banking etc.

Management refers to a very broad term. After Mba,you do have to work in a managerial post. However,if you are asking about Masters, then in management we have MIM (Master in management) which is essentially for management only.

So,these two terms are neither totally different nor totally same.

Hope this helps.
