No it's not compulsory to to do MBA after BBA. You can apply for jobs in the following sectors:

Advertising

Aviation

Banking

Consultancy

Digital Marketing

Entertainment

Finance

Information Technology (IT)

Insurance

Media

Offline Marketing

Manufacturing

or you can pursue PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management), MMS (Masters in Management Studies) and MBA too.
