Is MBBS course present in pondicherry university..should i need to apply now or after neet results

Yes it is still present. According to the DGHS rules for All India counselling, you have to apply for counselling through the online counselling portal once the NEET results are out. After that a week later they will declare the results of the first round counseliing.
