Hello

If they have asked for the same then obviously this is the mandatory one to submit. Also, you can get the medical certificate from the doctor only.
Medical certificate is one of the important documents for councilling . It's required in every colleges during the time of admission.

In order to get a certificate, you have to go to any Government Certified Doctor having MBBS degree. He /she will examine you and will make a report of yours whether you are physically fit or not to attend college. But at first you have to show the format of your medical certificate belonging to your respective college. Then He/she will give you the required medical certificates.

I hope it will help you
Good luck..
