This is quite an unanswerable question . National Eligibility and Entrance Test or NEET is the one examination which would be considered for filling about 54,000 medical seats across the country. ... Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be conducting National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2018 under graduate exam.
Be it for 2018 or 2019 NEET will put forward it's best to select the best among all the applicants .
Your for us should be to work hard as much as you can and try not to miss out on anything important .

NEET 2019 will be held in offline mode which implies that candidates will receive an OMR sheet wherein they have to mark the responses. The entrance exam of NEET is three hours long exam, consisting of 180 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
NEET 2019 admit card release date is April 15. NEET will be conducted on May 5.

I hope you meant NEET
NEET 2019 will be difficult for those who have not started preparing for the exam. National Testing Agency will be conducting the NEET exam in 2019. Therefore it can be assumed the difficulty level will be slightly higher as compared to the previous years questions.
So start preparing well
