Yes mobile phones are allowed in Athena institute of health science's hostel, but the only limitation of using mobile phones in the college's hostel is that students can only use mobile phones only during the hours decided by the authority or warden of the hostel, the study time in the hostel is from 5 AM to 7 AM and 8:30 AM to 11 PM.
