If you're basic are good, then any book is good. But want I want to suggest is follow one book in the same way follow the trend like the different models they are giving every year. If your preparation is very well sometimes they won't makes sense... If to don't know the exact models. So try to cover all the models and practise as many questions as you can.

Whether a book is sufficient or not it completely depends upon your operation level and how good your basic concepts are?
Choose that book from which you can understand the things well enough.

Hello,
Yes one can say that mtg physics is sufficient for preparation of jee mains but for this you have to first complete your ncert.Because ncert book is really veey helpful to clear your concepts and doubts.Then only attempt any other book.
