For OBC caste from Delhi you have to submit the obc NCL certificate otherwise you will not be able to get admission on the basis of OBC category. While admission counselling the committee checks your category in the list and if the category is not present in the list than your obc category will be cancelled in admission. If you don't fall in the Non Creamy Layer (NCL) category of OBC than you will not be able to get admission because the seats are reserved for only obc-ncl students. But if you fall in NCL category and you don't have the certificate than you can submit an undertaking saying that you will submit the certificate before the time given.
