Hello there!

Greetings!

Ncert books are great and enough for class 10th but ncert is quite tough to understand as explanation are not elaborate, so you can go for S CHAND for physics, chemistry and biology. And for maths ncert is good, u should not skip any question of ncert but no. Of questions are quite less in ncert so you should go for RS Aggarwal as well and in case of social science you can follow Exam idea, believe me these books are great, I had used these books only and had scored 93 % in 10th board . So, although ncert books are great but in order to score good marks you will have to use other books as well.

thankyou

but..... is it ok for this latest cbse pattern as the news states that the latest syllabus is monitored by cbse and not by ncert

debjyoti It's ok , ncert is always the base for syllabus in case of cbse , even many state boards like jharkhand board and bihar board uses ncert only.
