Yes, NCERT  is enough for JEE mains chemistry, not only for inorganic but  physical and organic chemistry. But if you are preparing for JEE advanced or other higher exam then I would recommend you some following books like

  • O.P. Tandon for inorganic chemistry
  • Modern Approach to Chemical Calculations by R.C. Mukherjee
  • Concise Inorganic Chemistry by J D Lee
  • N.avasthi physical chemistry
  • Organic Chemistry-Morrison Boyd

Dear Aspirant,

See NCERT is a Must for JEE Mains inorganic, for all topics. It might happen that some 1-2 questions might come from outside of NCERT, but there are various resources for it. If you want to do specifically coordination complex topic of inorganic chemistry then you can refer to JD LEE concise inorganic chemistry book, or you can refer to any coaching institute material available on internet.

Also try to go through previous year JEE Mains papers , there are chances similar kind of questions might be asked.
