NEET is National Entrance Test given for all medical courses. GUJCET is entrance test for Engineering courses in Gujarat University.
You don't need to appear compulsorily for NEET or gujcet to become a professor.
If you want to be a professor after xii Science, you first complete your graduation in any subject or subject of your interest in which you want to be a professor. That will be your BSC degree, After BSC you will have to get a master's degree . Acheiving master's degree you can get job as a lecturer or professor.

No, NEET and GUJCET examination or not required to become a professor.
Actually NEET is a national entrance examination for getting into medical college for courses like MBBS, BDS etc etc ,
while
GUJCET i.e Gujarat Common Entrance Test is state level entrance exam which ia conducted every year for offering admission to Engineering and Pharmacy programmes.
