Hi there.

Yes, qualifying NEET is absolutely necessary for going out of the country to study Medical courses like MBBS and BDS.

Earlier this was not a necessity but since 2018 the medical council of India has formulated this new regulation that it is must for candidates to qualify NEET in order to have chances of studying medicine and related courses abroad.

No. I'm assuming you want to go abroad for studying medical science? In that case you'll have to pass relevant exams, related to the university/country you want to study at.
